As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts payable to Thames Lettings ‘the Agent’
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent per tenancy where annual rent less than £50,000, 6 weeks' rent per tenancy where annual rent £50,000 or over.
During the tenancy payable to Thames Lettings ‘the Agent’
Payment of up to £50.00 to change the tenancy agreement, or for reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices. Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above base rate. Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your request for early termination of the tenancy.
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities (gas, electricity, water), Communications (telephone & brodband), Installation & subscriptions for cable / satellite, TV Licence, Council tax. Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
Referral fees
If you take out insurance products from our referencing company Let Alliance we will receive 20% commission from them. For the avoidance of doubt the acceptance of such commissions will not increase the cost paid by the Tenant for the products.
